I come with a suggestion to the Guildmasters. The Order and GMG had supported each other ever since The Order made its existence known to Sirius. That included armament supplies when our industry could not cope yet with the increasing demand.
Honshu is under attack by Rheinland Military, threatening to cut the only ‘lawful’ connection between GMG sovereign territories and Empire of Kusari. The Houses main fleets clash in the Colonies, leaving just The Order and GMG operating would it be so behind enemy lines. This calls to tighten relations between our two groups as two main counter-arguments to such a move are eliminated. Kusari would be shooting themselves in the foot at this point, wherever Rheinland had already made its intentions know that they will not stand down until Sigmas in entirety will be annexed into the Federal Republic.
The Order Overwatch would like to therefore place an order for some of the hardware produced by and for the GMG paramilitaries. We will need functional hulls and steady supply of parts to support logistics of this operation. Your hardware will be initially pressed into Combat Evaluation squadrons with intend to assess your equipment prior to potential wider employment within The Order Black Fleet proper. For your information, your hardware would be found most common in engagements against Nomads, Wilde, Core, Outcasts, Rheinland Militar, Unioners and Auxesia.
Garanchou should be rather straightforward. It is not designed as offensive asset. The Order does not produce any native freighters or transports in general. We are relying on older blueprints and crafty refits of Liberty designs, as well as some more widely available generic equivalents.
Karasu is dependable craft that I am personally familiar with. It had excelled against more agile threats found in Omicrons in times when our Bastet prototype was not nearly refined to fulfil the intended role. It should be of little diplomatic consequence given The Order already had sizeable operational stock of these fighters within recent memory. Given we had ran out of spare parts to maintain Karasu’s and introduction of second iteration of Bastet space superiority fighter, we do not have even singular craft in working capacity.
Benzaiten proved itself in the Second Sigma War, or whatever historians will decide our times will be named as. According to our specialists, it would fill the role between Bastet and Nephthys class fighters. Any and all organization would benefit from having at least some all-purpose fighters such as your newest addition to GMG paramilitary.
In return, to not leave GMG’s flank underequipped, we are ready to spare any vessel that has left Order hangars since its inception from light fighters - which I believe you do not make any yourselves - to heavy gunboats capable of standing up against Rheinland adversaries. Make a selection and I will ensure that suitable numbers will be allocated to your enclave of Sigma 59 to cover for your losses more than adequate.

The message from yourself on behalf of the Order is received with great gratitude.
Our organisations have enjoyed a longstanding friendship that has strengthened us both and continues to assure the longevity of our respective movements. The Guild is most receptive to your proposal and would like to cooperate in this matter.
Unfortunately, there are issues to address.
The first is that while GMG recognises the important work of the Order, there are many in Sirius who, in their misguided arrogance, do not. As a result, we must approach technology sharing with the utmost caution in order to avoid unnecessary diplomatic complications. In particular, there would those who would use sightings of The Guild in use of Order technology as a weak excuse to enforce regrettable consequences that are of benefit to no-one. The likes of the Restored Empire of Kusari, with whom we share a special relationship, as well as the Federal Republic of Rheinland, are prime examples.
We do have, however, an opportunity to address this issue. With House Rheinland's illegal invasion of the Sigma systems, we may use their warmongering as justification for the use of Order technology in The Guild. Our official line can be that of using Rheinland's aggression as a most reasonable excuse for The Guild, in desperation, accept the Order's offer of the use of its equipment.
The second drawback is that as a direct result of the aforementioned Rheinland invasion, The Guild is in a dire position and cannot at this time spare fighter craft. The Guild paramilitary is stretched thin in dealing with the usual Corsair and Outcast incursions, as well as attempting to simultaneously face down an entire house military.
In light of the above, I would make a proposal on behalf of GMG, as follows:
-The Guild requests use of a number of H22 "Grim Reaper" neutron cannons and 042D "Bastet" heavy fighters.
-In return, a number of T-282-F "Garanchou" freighters can be made available immediately for the Order's use.
-When the current flare-up in the Sigma systems abates, Guild fighter craft may be made available for the Order's perusal at a later date when possible.
This is of course not an ideal arrangement, but nevertheless a great opportunity to explore an avenue that would be otherwise far too risky and the best The Guild can offer given the difficulties it currently faces. We can only hope the Order is understanding of our plight and can afford to express patience in our dealings.

The equipment you mentioned can be made available to the GMG paramilitary. It is rather limited selection given our capability but I will not question your judgement. You know best what you need most at your own front. Given I extended this possibility to you as well, it was the intention of The Order Overwatch that any and all losses you suffer by supplying us with you own hardware would be filled with specialized fighter crafts of Order stock.
If the GMG is unable to procure sufficient numbers of your own ships to cover for needs of your own paramilitary, we can think of alterations to temporarily trade Order tech in numerical advantage for GMG or tighten economic relations between us to bounce your capacity back to standard. If nothing immediate can help remedy your situation, we ask for at least spare parts to bring our mothballed Karasu’s back to operational status. It will allow us to become familiarized with maintenance and be ready for time when the current crisis resolves itself in Guild’s favor.
