Dear Friends,

The loss of Aland Shipyard has taken a heavy toll upon our operations in the Omegas, depriving us of ship construction and maintenance capabilities in the region. Our other shipyard, Singapore, is located in the Taus, and servicing all our ships at the other end of Sirius is not really efficient.

Since the day of the loss of Aland, The Guildmasters have considered upgrading one of our remaining facilities in the region to replace the lost shipyard, and finally - Operation "Kongde-Ri" - (read-only access) - has commenced.

We hope that we can count on your support. If you make any deliveries, do send a copy of the cargo manifest here so that we can keep track of the bonuses to send out once the operation is completed.

In more pleasant news following your transmission, one of our reconnaissance fighters has mapped out a secure supply route for us to contribute to your efforts. Three shipments from the [UC]V-Vendeur.1 thus far have been confirmed to have reached Madeira base recently, and further shipments are currently being discussed for future delivery.
