Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,

Let me introduce myself; My name is Reinhold Kreuzer, Vizeadmiral der Rheinwehr. I am speaking to you today, because our expeditionary corps to the Omicrons has found it's way into a region controlled by The Order. Der Orden yet known to the house of Rheinland and still an enigma, attempted to push our forces back in a region they call 'Omicron Epsilon' themselves. Aiming for the goal to scare die Rheinwehr, Der Orden eagerly assaulted our forces while we had no hostile intend. Their forces made up random claims that our Soldaten would be infected, which mostly appeard like a justification for piracy to us. In addition one of their pilots wildly screamed the phrase:"They ally with the Core" repeatedly, which brings us to you today. We hope that you might have more informations about this apparently new enemy for us. We will not step back because a terror oganisation tries to threatning us, but we must be prepared of what comes next. Additionally we want to inform you that Der Orden has tried to reach out to us and we wish to send you a copy, for a better understanding of what has happend.

Greetings.

Starting with introductions, name's Tricia Reyes, Paladin of the Core Paramilitary fleet... erm, in a standart ranking structure, that would be something relatively close to a Colonel. The Order Unit you've encountered in the Omicron Systems... Judging by the frames from your "friend's" transmission, it was Omicron Epsilon, their "fortress" system. But I digress.

The Order is a shaky bridge when it comes to their goals and targets. In reality, they aim to protect the humanity from the alien threat. That being said... Their methods vary and most of the Order personnel are quite paranoid about the entire situation. You see, considering what happened in the First Nomad War and with your state being the catalyst of it, they will have an instant seizure leading into an unstoppable primal rage, caused by a mere sight of any of your ships, be that Rheinwehr or Buro. They do that to Kusarians aswell, don't worry, you're not alone here.

The particular group you've encountered is a special bunch - a so called "Orillion's Cell". If any order agent yells loud about protecting the humanity and shooting only squids, these guys yell louder than anyone else. About the "They ally with the Core" part - if you don't mind, please relay some Black Box logs so we could examine them. If what I suspect is true, the logs from your black boxes would rid me off a few headaches.

Now, about headaches. The Overwatch, or the Primary Cell of The Order. They are whom I usually call "The Omicron Reich" and there's a couple of reasons for it, one of them being their leader. If you haven't already heard of him, it's Grand- or God- admiral Golanski. A man rumored for many things, but he is a primary target of any Core officer and soldier, including myself. He is the very epicenter of this hypocritical hurricane. But on one thing I must agree with you - The Order are terrorists and they terrorize humanity in wast claim of defending it. Another rumor about the Overwatch is that they're all brainwashed. But it is all unconfirmed. Might be something to do with self-hypnosis, but yet again - it's all guesses.

One thing you must understand - many people have felt consequences caused by the actions of the Order. One of these actions being something that was whirling all around the neural net almost two years ago, An attack on a joint project between the Core and Zoners of Freeport 11. It must have been the first time when Delta saw that many Nuclear warheads at the same time, which made 11's administrator step down. The Scrap Field since those days is still standing, nobody even bothered to clean it up. The point is: those who believe The Order... Well, I am not quite certain who can - commit an act of terrorism against humanity along them. And that is why we exist.

About their possible threats... In tactical sense, if you're confronting the Order, you should bring something that can deal with agile and small vessels. Battlecruisers, gunships, light bombers - I know you have such arsenals at your use. I wouldn't concretisize on anything since I have no idea how, what and why you're doing in the Omicrons with two wars at your front.
