Before we start, this has nothing to do with hate of Russians or anything else, but about the Rules. I couldn't care less where you come from.

We have had plenty of Violation Reports about your Group and in a lot of the cases we have give you the benefit of doubt. It appears that there have been calls to do something about your 'Group'. So we appear to be damned if we don't (from people on the receiving end of your attacks) and we are damned if we do (by you accusing us of 'picking' on you and 'hating' you for being Russian).

In the recent one, which I processed, there were 4 Ships named in the Violation Report. We could not prove that the other 2 shot, so only the 2 that could be seen shooting were Sanctioned.

Now to this particular Sanction. It really comes down to 2 parts, the initial fight and the fight that takes place away from the main Group (part 1 and part 2 of the video).

Part 1

The CR appear to be a Group of Snubs and, by the looks of it, 1 Cap Ship. They are apparently doing a Mission, which involves fighting OC Caps (already, as far as they are concerned, 'a sea of red').

From Karlotta's Logs (which were being used to defend a person in another Sanction). These are the people receiving your RP:

Note, by the time of the disconnect, they have received 2 messages from Vigilance, 1 from Evangelique, 1 from Amethyst, 1 from Lazurite and 1 from Wulfenite.

Now from Loken's Logs up to the same time (he could have been slightly further from you when the messages we sent):

He has seen 2 messages from Vigilance, 1 from Evangelique and 1 from Amethyst. This would suggest that Lazurite and Wulfenite were out of range of Loken, at the time.

Now to your Logs of about the same time (i have extended it slightly, so show you something)(I am also assuming they are your Logs, which you assure us are the FULL LOGS).

What I am writing here is before the coloured line I have put in your Logs (you can check above to make sure I haven't changed anything).
Now here we see:
the 2 same lines from Vigilance
3 lines from Lazurite (2 more than Karlotta and 3 more than Loken)
same line from Evangelique
3 lines from Wulfenite (2 more than Karlotta and 3 more than Loken)
This would suggest to me that you were all slightly spread out, because what I don't see is a line from Amethyst (which was picked up by Karlotta and Loken).

Now to this:
SOMETHING IMPORTANT IS MISSING HERE

Your Logs differ from Karlotta's and Loken's in that they both picked up this and you didn't:

Which would suggest, to me, that you were not in range when you were giving your 'RP'.

Now, lets us move the clock forward slightly to just past:

In the video you see Lazurite and Amethyst shooting Atlantis and as can be see, from 2 Logs out of 3, Amethyst has only said 1 line. As for Lazurite, 1 Log (yours) shows saying sufficient RP, 1 Log shows 1 Line (insufficient) and the third Log - nothing.

Part 2

Now we jump forward a few minutes and we now have 2 separate Groups. 1 is moping up the last few CR Snubs and the 2nd Group is now engaging -cr-courrier who is some distance from the Main Group.

The 2nd Group consists of Evangelique, Wulfenite and Amethyst.

Please note that -CR-Courrier did not appear in the main Battle and appears to be heading towards it when he was intercepted by Group 2. Only 1 of the 3 said anything (Amethyst). Wulfenite got the kill, whilst Evangelique and Amethyst were constantly CD'ing the lone Snub.

Conclusion

About your accusation that Loken had an /ignore put on your Ship, I can't comment about (he says he hasn't, so I have no reason to doubt him), but Karlotta certainly didn't and only recorded one line from Lazurite and Wulfenite.

So, from the Video and Logs, provided, I can see that Amethyst only provided 2 Lines throughout the whole Battle (1 of which was issued before he started firing).
2 out of 3 supplied Logs showed that Lazurite provided insufficient RP before firing.
2 out of 3 supplied Logs showed that Wulfenite provided insufficient RP before firing.
Wulfenite attacked and destroyed a Ship that wasn't around for the initial battle without any RP.
Evangelique and Amethyst were constantly CD'ing a Ship (which constitutes as attacking) without any RP.

1) I am not in this video. But I often play with these people. I can say that they, like me, send messages only when they see the enemy’s marker. First, you need to find out IFF. Because the red pilot on the radar does not mean the enemy. These people, like me, do not send messages about the attack, if not going to attack.

Don't you think this is suspicious? That is the whole point. It all started before the band started playing. As soon as Reptile joined Discord, a flurry of trolling and insults hit him in Russian chat. And after and in other chats, by the gossip method. This can be seen in the attached Decktare wrists. In the early days, playing with Reptile, I received the same sanctions as for all the years of playing Discovery.
We have one player who has not received sanction ever since 2012 (never in his life). Guess what happened to him? He received sanctions as soon as he contacted Reptile. What else should I talk about?

Good. Thank you for saying this. All games since 2011, I applied only 1 sanction for a player, a couple of days ago. I open my video folder and start reporting on everyone. Yes, I and the people you blame are constantly facing violations, but they don’t do anything. Because it was believed that writing a sanction was humiliation.

4) It turns out that you need to provide RP to all incoming players? That is, you need to constantly monitor new goals? When a new enemy appears on the radar, write a message personally for him? Good. Thank you for saying this. All games since 2011, I applied only 1 sanction for a player, a couple of days ago. I open my video folder and start reporting on everyone. Yes, I and the people you blame are constantly facing violations, but they don’t do anything. Because it was believed that writing a sanction was humiliation.

Lots of people send in Violation Reports, some get processed because we find there is a case to be answered, others don't, either because the evidence is sparse or we feel that there isn't a case to be answered. We are not interested in who commits the offence, just in whether there is an offence. Most of the time I have absolutely no idea who the person is until they post in the Thread (there again, there are lots of Sanction Threads that never get responded to).

I can guarantee you, there are lots of Violations that never get reported due to a whole range of things, including, can't be bothered, not knowing the Rules, my last Report never got processed and many other reasons.

In the case of your Video, Resolution appears to be entering an ongoing battle and is therefore the person who needs to provide the RP before shooting. In the case of this Sanction, in the second part the ship was intercepted quite a distance from the main fight and therefore counts as a separate engagement.
