Allow me to introduce myself as the current Administrator of "SpaceTech Shop"; an installation located next to Planet Manhattan, and run under the official name of "Mr.Trakais SpaceTech Shop". My company has only recently found a strange device, something related to interdimensional scanning, though I cannot be sure; we call it "Interdimensional Ship Radar". Said device seems to project a Star Map, surely not from our sector; to add on this matter, this device interferes with electronical equipment by emitting a questionable signal
Due to safety concerns and unsuitable testing ground, we cannot risk to disect this device and see what is its purpose. As such, I would like to kindly ask the LSF to carry this item to wherever is fit for further testing. If required, we have transports ready to assist should you accept our request.
