Rumors are spreading fast about your person. It seems that you and the organization you are representing is of Outcast origin. As you might know, the relations between Malta and Velvet are not the best at the moment. An organization called Cadiz Cartel, the self-declared ruler of Malta is trying to undermine our neutrality. Therefore all ships bearing the Maltese-Identification are banned from Eleven.

So tell me, why should I allow you on my Freeport? What is the difference between you and Malta? Correct me if I'm wrong but Outcasts are Outcasts, no? I'm not trying to insult you nor do I try to fool you so excuse me if I sound a bit harsh. I'm just concerned about the safety of my people.

if you want to piss off Cadiz people, you let me in. A small tip: When you deal with the Outcasts you shall always look at the family they represent. We often compete because of ego, money, and power among other things. If we are talking about Cadiz, personally I don't like their business. But the fact is, they are currently in power. Ezio is still holding Legion, but he is refusing to even talk to me.

You may make a public announcement that we are in, make sure they hear it too. To be fair I have some problems with TAZ, but Baffin is pretty far away, so I don't think that it will concern Omicron Zoners. And if you are from Velvet say hi to Mel next time you see her.

I can provide you three rooms with the best neural net connection the Edge Worlds have to offer together with one server room right next to them. The rent is free until further notice. Food, fuel, ship maintenance and everything else must be paid accordingly to current station-standard prizes.

There might be people on the station you don't like. There might be people on the station that don't like you or Outcasts in general. If you cause trouble on the station, you must leave. if someone else is causing you trouble, tell me and they have to leave. That's how it works and will work as long as I administrate the Freeport.
