About a week ago or so I was present over Manhattan, where the Chief of the LPI "Jean Holiday", a Synth Food vessel, "Synth|SFV-Provider", and a Hogosha vessel, "Sosa-Kan" was present.
Long story short, the Provider mentioned something about Hogosha harrassing the vessel, so I decided to do some research of the matter myself, and I've contacted a Hogosha vessel I'm familiar with, "[HA]-|Teisatsu" for a clarification of the situation, and I have to report that I've had a talk with said Hogosha pilot, and with one of their captains, "[HA]-TB|Cosmic.Moonrise", I'll provide the communications log for what exactly were mentioned :

Hi hi! So, boss said I should respond to this Message and read it, I think I understand it. I reported to L-P-I seperate incidents, one in New Tokyo with Mister Teo, which I don't have like camera footage of whatever. Anyway I got like, another outside Cali jump-gate with Mister Teo as well, with camera! I'll add them both to attachments, and also a encounter with...another Hogosha who was mean to me at Colorado...

I'm claiming harassment, and I won't meet unless there's a apology and recompensation!

Greetings to all that read this, be it those of the Hogosha Association, Synth Food Inc., and potentially the Liberty Police.

It has come to my attention, that there have been suspicions of harassment against Synth|SFV-Provider. done so by the Hogosha. I was informed so by my underlings such as my business agent Teisatsu, loosely connected friend Sosa-Kan, and by Captain Sawyer of the Liberty Navy himself. I would like to inform all that read this report, that this has been an unfortunate turn of events. We of the Hogosha Association are citizens of upstanding nature, be it in Kusari or otherwise, and follow the rules accordingly, that we may show our best side of business and be considered a legitimate business entity, such as myself with the Hoshizora Travel Company. I aware of the certain stigma our roles carry in society though, being viewed upon as criminals to an extend. But I want and can say with confidence, no member of the Hogosha Association, atleast those under my wing, have committed crimes such as extortion against Synth Food.

I admit, I understand their reason to dislike us, much as we have... certain kinds of opinions about their food produce. But I wish to wash my hands clean of crimes done by other Hogosha individuals. I as the vice president of Hoshizora Travel Company, do need to buy in Synth Food products, if we wish to satisfy all of our guests on our ships. Much like different kinds of alcohol, as an example. Nor would I order any of my direct underlings to commit such crimes. If the Hoshizora Travel Company wishes to prosper and build up a strong reputation with other houses as a true, viable alternative for vacation travelling, then crime is the FURTHEST away answer possible.

The Associations network is vast with many members. But not all Hogosha are with the Association. But nonetheless, there are those indiviuals who consider themselves above the law. At times, sometimes the more volatile members who are unaware, or have no interest in joining do very unsavoury things that would damage the reputation of the Association and the Hogosha now. Such as is the case now, that an individual who thought he could play judge, jury and executor all by himself. Supposedly as it has come to my attention via some by colleagues who scout for business opportunities, have seen the vessel in question who had committed the crime.
The gunboat vessel named Hantashika. And like I said, I will not take the blame for the actions of other people who consider themselves above else.

Now, then to respond to our fair lady Jezebel Taylor Wakefield, I gladly will respond. First on your list, our first meeting. Supposedly, if I am to assume your logic, this is where it all began. If I am too understand your logic correctly, you assume that I send someone out, simply because I didn't like your presence in Kusari. I will say, I would not fault you for this, I did have rather terrible day that day, and I was VERY impolite to you, unbefittingly so even for me. I told you to leave Kusari. Yes, yes I indeed did. I also brought up your cargo, Plutonium bought from the GMG. And I said I that you made a mistake buying that plutonium. I indeed did. But... do you even know, why I said it? There have been certain kinds of rumours even amongst my own ranks, of why I said it. The simple reason is, to make you rethink it next time. There are several other types of energy sources that can be bought and used for potential energy supplies. Why buy extensive plutonium at first needs to be mixed with other things to make MOX, Thorium Mox or Nuclear engines, if alternatives can be acquired, by better companies, for cheaper? I buy in Deuterium from the Zoners in Omega-49, and their supply of directly fuel material is excellent, cheaper, and far more efficient. But back to the main topic. I do understand that it might have come over as threat, which was FAR from my intentions. Again like I said, the only reason to be considered legitimate, if we show our best and brightest. I did fail to keep on a smile at an unfortunate time, but like I said, it was not my intention to come over as an overlord of kind. And for my rather unintetionally rude behaviour, I would like to apologies.

Secondly. your encounter with Hantashika. HERE, I would say, things began. Because this is the first time I now too see direct interaction you had with person who robbed you.

And I admit it. This person is wild dog without a leech. Throwing names of the higher rank as if he was one of us. Like I said and will say again. I will wash my hands clean of any crimes done by other, ESPECIALLY, those that are not with me under my wing. But just because I wash my hands clean, doesn't mean I won't help catch this individual. Yes, after a bit of research on this man, I did discover that he was the one who robbed our Synth vessel. But it this is the first time I hear that he dares to even implicate me involvement. And sure then, then how does he know all the information spoke about? I will honest, I the only thing I can assume is the word, spreading ear to ear and trying to please me, and him getting the foolish idea of stepping of line to impress me and trying to become part of my circle as muscile. I will NOT stand for such actions. Infact, like Captain Sawyer had already reported, without hesitation or resistance, I co-operated in this affair to deal with this problem. And just incase, I already told Teisatsu that he will be co-operating with the LPI if deemed nessecary. People like these folk are good for no one involved, especially for people like me with an already stigmatized background, trying to set an example that we may be seen as a legitimate business entity. I have cooperated before, and I will cooperate again, if required.

And finally, our third meeting at the jumpgate New York > California location. And like everything before, everything can be explained. Yes, you were rude towards me, but even unlike me when we first met in my rather unsavoury state, I did not throw any insults. And then you accuse me of blocking you from Kusari. I was highly confused by such accusations and a bit offended by your insults, that I saw no reason to be polite to you. I even wished to apologies for MY behaviour when I saw you again. That is why I was gave a surprised but suprised ''Well well well.'' when I saw you again. At the time, I was informed of the incident by Sosa-Kan. That is why I travelled all the way to Liberty. To apologies for the inconvenience. But nonetheless, despite the rather blunt meeting, I still wished to warn you of the Hogosha. Certain members you like you have experienced yourself, are very quick to jump on the gun. People who tell slander, might find themselves in bad positions themselves later down the time. I gave a genuine warning to make you realise, that messing with higher ranks, might give others the wrong idea's. And turning back to the whole blocking you out of Kusari, I literally told you that could do whatever you do as you pleased. Just with in mind that things might be a bit more dangerous then you think. And finally, you were worried that I was going to kill you.... Why? I fly a Renzu Luxury Liner, and was heading to Omega-49 with 1942 passangers on board. What gave you the impression that I had ANY reason to hunt you? Sure, you had a pretty bad experience with a rogue gunboat. But Sosa-Kan, was very polite to you, even trying to help you in your problem when I told him to investegate this whole ordeal. He too was genuinely shocked when you mentioned me as the person who ordered to rob you. Like I said, I am merely a civilian. Like I said, I have nothing against Synth Food, i even have Synth Food products on my ship and we need those products to satisfy our guests. I even tried to give a warm smile to try and put you at ease, wishing you a nice flight and even emphasizing the nice part to make my good intentions clear... And all you did, was assume the worst without thinking about it, and insulted me even further...

You insulted me even further, without even a second thought after I made myself very clear. I am not a pirate, I am a civilian. And you call me a sh*thead for no reason.

Lady Jezebel Taylor Wakefield, I see no reason for you to suspect me. I have co-operated with the Navy to try and help to catch this criminal. My finest underling Teisatsu had already far and long proven himself multiple times, even when a rogue Kusari Capital USS~Yunko was in in Liberty. I will not affiliate with the harassment claim you have made against me, and in so doing, indirectly my comrades, and the Hogosha Association.

And here is the kicker. Just before Captain Sawyer left to make the report, I asked him for a favour to send you a message. A message that I would like to meet with. To apologies, for the unfortunate event that has occurred. I wished to meet with you and compensate any loss financially or materially you had while robbed by the rogue gunman. And I even personally wished to invite you into Kusari, to make sure that any forgrein or not is welcome. And now it has come to this...

But... it is a code of honour, that we Hogosha will oblige by any mistake made. I admit my mistake, I both been both intentionally and unintentionally rude towards you. And for that I do apologies. And more so, even if it was a rogue hot head, it was still Hogosha that still robbed you. I wish to compensate the 10 million you were robbed from. I still would like to meet up with you and invite you into Kusari. All these things, I will give, unconditionally. I just like you, we both only wish to do business and not be robbed or killed in the process. And I hope that atleast the emotional wound you have acquired, will atleast be partially healed by my act to try and amend things on behalf of the Hogosha.

And don't worry about me calling a sh*thead, I get to hear that plenty from my friends.
I hope this clarifies any misunderstandings, and I hope that all those that read this message, will be enlightened that I am not the criminal I am made out to be. I am merely a captain of a Luxury Liner who wishes to bring people to their vacations of their dreams.

For full transparency and, like, apologies I will apology for insulting you but that's after you totally threatened me. I'm also including a log I didn't report because it was in Sigma-21 and 15 but it mentions you clearly! I got camera footage and everything. I had to hide on Hammersee. So someone is lying, I'm totally not.

I just read the second report of Lady Wakefield... And all I have to say, that this is even new to me.
Not saying that I don't believe her though.

But I stand by my statement of my fair warnings. Word travels fast, even faster then I expect sometimes.
I gave her the warning that these things could happen, when we met at the NY > Cali gate.
Some hot shot might have gotten the wrong idea, but I now that I know of this ''Ghost'', I will try and.... teach him some manners, not to be hunt down civilians.
So rest assured Lady Wakefield, I believe you on your word with this one.

I stand by it, I am not involved, but atleast now that I discovered that you have been harassed more then I thought, perhaps something can be done about it.

EDIT: I just noticed the assailant mentioned the ''Patriach'' of the Jhang Family, not ''the son of the patriarch''. It is actually an important distinction, and it might explain why I am not aware of this ghost fellow.

Well, it would appear this matter is not as simple at it first appeared to be, well, I suppose I made the right decision to open this channel for communications between both parties. The authorities will make their judgement, once we have enough evidence to make a clear decision.

I'd like if any other similar situations would be reported here, rather than to find it out later, now is your chance to clarify and prove that the situation is not as bad as it seems.

I'm sure that the LPI will comment on the situation as soon as they can, until they want to deal with the issue, I'll represent the law enforcement of The Republic of Liberty here.

This matter was already dealt with awhile ago, had informed Captain Teo's superiors and they ensured me this captain will not make anymore law beaches. The fine was paid and this case is closed. Unless a new incident has raised I suggest evidence be sent to us in a seperate channel so we may conduct our investigation.
