I am Colonel Steve Longstar of Legacy of Orillion Cell, C.O. of Bretonia Overwatch. The Bretonian Overwatch's area of operations are mostly your local area and Crayter Republic is Order's main local contact in the region. While Liberty Overwatch's and our operations overlap at Coronado to keep an eye on the newfound anomaly, as well as Jericho, I believe that Bretonian Overwatch's operational area has more unknown elements and that we could use local parties assistance and insight, especially at the ever-shifting Tau region.
As such, we would like to host one Crayter Intelligence personnel aboard the Flagship of "Red Coats" Overwatch as our regional advisor and intelligence gatherer. I believe you are somewhat familiar with the Osiris-Class warship, christened "Savior". The regional overwatches however, are mostly akin to small battlegroups and we would require a local repair and rearm point. We have our supply units, thus provided with a suitable mooring point, we can be rather self-sufficient and not be much of a burden to your resources.
According to my records, CIS has provided Legacy with 2 Nyx-Class Space Superiority Fighter a while ago. I believe it is appropriate to supply Intelligence Service with two of Bastet-Class Mark II Fighter-Interdictors.

My name is Iota, a member of the Crayter Intelligence Service.
Now as you can understand giving out a team of ours is no easy task, because we in the CIS are like a big family.
Now, we can assign to your vessel the said team, to keep our longstanding trust intact, but that in case of emergency the said team can return back to aid the operations of the CIS.
I hope you understand me.
Also you are correct, we did supply you with 2 Nyx Vessels, and I'll gladly accept the said vessels on behalf of CIS.
Oh and before I forget, you can use Sabah Shipyard if the drydocks are not used by the Republic; in case of emergency we'll do our best to aid you under any circumstance of course.

I understand the needs and priorities of the Inteligence Service and of course, the team sent serves the Republic first and foremost. I see no issue with the team returning to assist operations of CIS, it is expected. Now that the matter settled I can say I am satisfied with the circumstances standing as of now.
