It is a great pleasure to contact all of you today.

With the Treaty of Nevers in effect, a new chapter in the history of Rheinland and Kusari shall start. We shall remember the fallen in honor and take their loss as warning to future generations. A war between our two nations should never come to exist again. While I personally will never forgive the deaths of my employers, we have to look into the future.

Now that only the Battlegroup Kolleda and the Battlegroup Yamaguchi remain in Sigma-21, it is at us, the corporations taking part in the Saigon Autonomous Council to build up infrastructure and establish a flourishing economy to benefit both our nations. We urge all representatives of the respective corporations to come together at the earliest convenient time to discuss new projects and investments into the region. As a matter of urgent nature, we would like to discuss the Da Nang Field and its rich Uranium deposits as soon as possible. Securing the mining area and establishing means to control the export of this sensitive material must be a top priority for us.

Kishiro Technologies looks forward to re-establish its trade relations with the nation of Rheinland and by chance form stronger bonds of cooperation than we ever had before.
