"Hello there, you may not know me. I am Max Cosmatopolis, current first in command of Velvet Security forces. We operate mainly around the edges, enforcin' Freeport no-fire-zones an' protectin' Zoners from the Nomad threat. We've received word from folks at Freeport 14 in Alberta of the encroachin' Dark Matter storm. Because of this, we are initiatin' a complete evacuation of Freeport 14 to avoid possible casualties. A skeleton crew shall be kept in place to report the progress of the storm and eventually evacuate themselves if the storm is to converge on the station.
We are ready to evacuate using our Liners, however the process would be more expedient if we are allowed to use our new Nephillim class colony ship, the Seraphiel. This ship would greatly speed up the evacuation process, hopefully before the dark matter storm reaches the station. Our plan to evacuate towards the nearest Zoner station that can handle the evacuees, Bethlehem. We will not use the vessel to engage, only for self-defense reasons. If you wish to escort all evacuations with the Seraphiel, that is welcomed.

Allen Bradley, Vice Admiral of the Liberty Fifth Fleet.
Alberta's been a tough case for us, though not unweatherable. For the Navy, keeping intermittent contact within the fringe system is important, but not crucial. Not enough to warrant a permanent station within. Freeport 14 is another matter.
We will openly accept your desire to evacuate the station, though Fifth Fleet command has unanimously concluded that your request to utilize a Colony Ship within Liberty space must be denied for matters of national security. We've already taken in other vessels of the same type, and while none of them were Velvet we feel as if the damage done by those before justifies wanting to keep any further from entering. Travel through under escort is one case, but open permission requires far more than a simple wave of the hand.
I'm certain you can manage the evacuation of the station with liners and armored transports, however. In the critical case that your own forces are incapable of completing it, Orbital Spa & Cruise or any other Liberty company to assist you with this.
The Navy will be available for escort during this operation to ensure that all goes smoothly. I wish Velvet the best of luck with expediting the station's evacuation.

"Hello again, thankyou for the rapid response. I know of that Nephilim that you're speakin' of, had to personally investigate myself and I understand your concern. Out of respect we will not bring our Nephilim and we shall begin evacuations with Liners and Transports. As for the offer of escortin', it would be welcomed but us Zoners need to be seen as neutral even to potential pirate factions and of course we'll be bringin' our own small-craft for escort. Command will discuss reachin' out to Liberty corporations in assistin' in the evacuation, but most likely we'll be pulling in other Zoner factions to assist.
On another note, Velvet Command is still plannin' this operation and we are still looking for options of a possible exchanging point for Zoners. It is within a neutral system and is within a border system. Another option was Baffin but, it may take longer to get to there.
