Lower the minimum Activity per Month for Unoffical factions?

I believe the topic is about Unofficial Factions that are present in the tracker, not about officials or becoming officials.
the case where you pay a fee and they add your tag to the tracker, and you must have about 24h logged per ckeck to maintain your tracking. I think it has always been a lighter demand than the one official Factions operate in.

Just to confirm, so that no-one is under any illusions:

Unofficial Factions are not required to log any amount of time to remain active, unless:
1) They are on the Activity Tracker (paid 500 million credits to be put on). Then they are required to log at least 24 hours every Quarter to remain on the Tracker.
2) They are going for Officialdom. The requirement then is the same as an Official Faction, ie. at least 72 hours per Quarter.

Official Factions require, to remain Official, a minimum of 72 hours activity per Quarter.
