To that end, remembering your service to the Crown, instead of punitive measures we offer you to follow our provisions to legalize the base under the new legislation.

A modest sum of $100,000,000 Gallic francs is to be transferred to \*/~Le.Monarque; docking permissions to your station are to be limited to everyone but you and the Enclave forces. (//To \*/~ and MdG/- both)

Besides, your work can continue under the Enclave's observation. You cannot sell the equipment required for scientific work, any obtained throughout scientific work materials, or any salvaged weaponry to anyone but the Enclave. The station itself cannot be upgraded to the next core level without Enclave approval, and the construction of weapon platforms will be considered as an act of hostility that we will answer with power.

Seriously, you are threatening to blow up a Gallic Civilian Station who provided means for research Just because Enclave is unable to catch some stragglers. People told me that Enclave will bring eternal disgrace to Gallia but I didn't believe but now you proved me wrong. So..tell me Beautiful, when will we see this brainless Beautiful Disgrace to Gallia, threatening Vierzon Mining Facility because I see those so called "unsanctioned researchers" Docking at Vierzon and Enclave is still unable to even catch them.

Even though I never liked Councilards but they had more Honor than you. Continue on this path of killing Gallic civilians and soon Enclave will become hand to mouth.
My advice to you is to become good at doing your Job rather than killing Gallic Civilians in the name of our Grate King whom you dishonored in front of Bretonions. At this point now I understand why Roi lost to Bretonions, it was all because of people like you in Royal Forces who led our great King to Defeat. Shame on you for using Royal and now Enclave Forces for your own gains and threatening Gallic Civilians.
