As a Rheinland Police officer, you are supposed to be enforcing the laws of house Rheinland, in your own Rheinland space. While you may leave your house, other house police and navies will restrict your travel and escort you out of their house space if they find you. If you wish to visit a foreign house for a good reason, you may contact the police faction of this house for permission.
About the BdM, with the Rheinland civil war going on (the Rheinland police is siding with the imperials it seems), the BdM will be hostile, or at least very suspicious to you. You may go to Thuringia, but expect a fight.
If you want to travel and explore all areas, a FL ID is probably the best pick.
Any ID can go wherever they want unless there is a restriction within the ID (mostly limited to capital ships), you just can't engage ships or follow your usual ID lines while outside of your ZOI. You can see a list of systems at the bottom of your ID where you can follow your ID lines. So you can see Liberty Rogues in Omega-7, they just can't pirate or start fights. And of course you'll have to deal with the RP consiquences of leaving your ZOI
I'm running a Rheinland Police ID and I was wondering about a few thing:
1. Can I leave Rheinland?? Yes
- Been warned a few times that the RP (Rheinland Police) can't leave their ZOI Can't enforce their Laws nor engage anybody
2. BdM - Met some in Thuringia (which I thought was a German settlment area) and was told that I'm too far outa my influence area. Your ID will tell you your ZOI. Some Factions may not like you in certain areas.
Fazit: If I leave Rheinland do I have to take a FL ID or do I fair for myself if other PC's decide that my presence is unwanted. You fair for yourself. ie Liberty will not like a foreign Police Force wandering around their House without an invitation
Thanks for the heads-up
