Malisch has been sanctioned for:

3.6 Attacking without Roleplay. Players must be given reasonable time to react to hostilities.

Consequences:

You see a Vagrant and it's fair game to engage them. However, you have to write more than a single line. Our baseline requirement for roleplay prior to engaging another player is two lines of roleplay. Your character has been placed in Bastille. Post here when you read and understood the rule above to have it released.
