Morning, gentlemen.

My name is Mell Reidman and I am a project manager / product owner based off Liberty and Bretonia. Currently I have a project in hands, which is a custom space craft, single seater for a private benefactor of Kusari origin. The reason why I am contacting you is that my workshop is in Los Angeles and due to material and client-side requirements, I need a new workshop closer to Kusari, so your station came up naturally for this job.

My requirements are the following:

• (1) Standard R&D Workshop, preferably with..
  
• (1) Metal Alloy Furnace with automation, Daumman or Kishiro made will do.
  
• (7) Personnel Quarters. For me and my team of 6.
  
• (1) Material Warehouse capable of storing multiple alloys, metals and components with the capacity for 3000 metric tons.
  
• Security / Privacy. I do top of the line custom work and my designs pay top creds, so, I need to know the capabilities of your security team.
  

If you cannot accommodate for the specificity of the AMAF, I'll have mine brought in from my workshop, that is, if there's an agreement.

As Mr. Lawrence is at the moment absent, the Board will be taking over your request.

We find your request, as something that could be fullfilled by us, but there are some criteria that you and your personnel must meet:

1. We request confirmation that this project will not pose a threat over Ames Research Station and its inhabitants, as the Genesis does not want to receive any repercussions for somebody else's project.
2. We request a full inspection of your personnel and yourself, done by our physicians, to avoid any surprises.
3. All the vessels in which you arrive, shall be controlled by our security staff.

We may understand that those terms may seem harsh, but we need to firstly ensure the safety of the base's inhabitants.

Also, we wouldn't worry of the security, as you will notice that Ames is very well guarded when you arrive at the installation.

If you agree with the terms, then we can proceed to the negotiations for the requested space.
