It's been far too long. How're you doing? Jordan said you've not been holding up too well lately. I'm sorry, I know I've not been there for you, but I'm here now.
Pending a psychological review, I'd like to offer you a post. I've discussed it with the board and, well, your record speaks for itself. You can return to active service at the rank of Captain, should you feel like taking me up on my offer. You'll be posted to oversee Nottingham. I hear HRH Prince James is posted there too.
Take some time if you need to think it over. My door is always open to you.
And let me know if there's anything I can do to help.
In Service to Her Majesty the Queen,
Lord Admiral M. O'Brian, Oversector South
Bretonian Command

Admiral,
This was sort of expected. You'll never guess what I found, my old communication protocols. Guess it's fitting now. My younger brother can... exaggerate sometimes. I've been doing a little better then he's made me out to be. The Battle for New London took a large toll on me, as you may have read in my report, so some time away was what the doctor ordered. That being said, I am ready to return to active duty upon examination. Just tell me where and when and I'll be there. You honor me by re-enlisting me at the rank of Captain and I thank you for that. I remember when I once held the title of Executive Officer of the First New London Command Fleet! Such a large title... Maybe again one day. We'll see.
