As you may have noticed, the situation with Hell Fire Legion and Separatists recently became much worsened. Their spur of activity is definitely up to no good. Some of you I'm sure participated already in Texas to control increased traffic of explosive materials and other illegal contraband belonging to terrorists.

I bear not good news, as a recently happened joint fleet from the same identified enemies moved to surprise attack in California, causing chaos and damage to their next chosen target, The Willard Research Station.

All Liberty Officers are encouraged financially to make double shifts, helping to take control of criminal activity in California, preventing terrorists from pushing forward for a time when caused damage is under repair, while not neglecting their duties in respective sectors. Additional rewards issued on spot for officers able to apprehend criminals. A filed properly paperwork to Liberty Government board would make it increased even further.

Upon receiving your backup request I have moved to California and will be patrolling the sector. The situation is getting worse everyday and provided that the Navy fleets are separated between Texas and Bering I have taken care that we have at least some heavier ships available in California.

Let's start with debriefing. Intelligence agency provided us with next area of battle to work with. Use supplementary materials to make yourself acquainted with them. We are expecting enemy maneuvers from all sides, but mainly four sources which could strike three important targets for us.

Planet Los Angeles needs to be fortified against any civilian casualties as it's our major population location having hundreds millions of people, Planet Anaheim has much worse conditions to live in due to its more industrial purpose, which means there's not a lot of people, to begin with. The order was already transmitted for its all population to evacuate themselves into underground bases. We would need to maintain vigilance in regards to them only few days until they finish.

Besides those locations, we need to maintain the clearance of roads from New York to Willard Research Station, for all reinforcements to come safely by all Liberty Forces.

Transport hauling vessels to be advised for avoiding their traffic through the system until the high alert is canceled. Unless they are bringing supplies for the station repairs. Keep an eye on all civilians passing through the system. There is only one sort that is supposed to be left, the one who evacuates themselves the hell out of here or stays home. Everyone else could be a pirate, terrorist, or both.

The Willard Station obviously is a major target, but they have Liberty Navy to keep them safe. Our priorities would be minimalizing damage to the civilian areas, with a secondary goal to have the roads clear for logistic military working.

All capital high-grade ships are permitted to join the battle in case of emergency, of course, but try to make interference into Navy job at minimum, coordinating yourself with them when arrived at the scene of action.
