Its sold in New Tokyo and at Baffin from what Ive seen, its a Kusari civ ship but the card does say that its sold by Zoners too.

Unless things have changed since 4.84, try Gran Canaria. Make sure your rep with the Zoners is near hostile and that your rep with Hessians, BHG, and Corsairs is decent (you can buy those bribes there).

you should read the ID and see what it allows, anything within the "allowed" should be fine, you can choose to be a BS if you like.
