Hansa is an ex-OSC organization that specializes in cargo sorting and logistics. Here's the deal. You don't know us but we know you. I'm contacting you today because the Hansa would like to expend our markets into the Zurich system. We are familiar that your vessels patrol the systems very often so our presence wouldn't go by unnoticed for a very long time. Anyways, we will possibly move an installation to the system. The base is called Rothaar Huette.
I believe it's safe to assume that the Red Hessian Army would like to tax our installation. If you do tax it, we would prefer a one-time payment.
That being said, we are aware of the current situation in Rheinland. The Hansa would like to offer it's economic assistance to the Red Hessian Army in exchange for a more friendly relationship. This might seem strange to you but we have the ability to supply you with cargo from anywhere in Sirius. We consider the RHA a potential ally, a very strong one too.

The Rote Hessen Armee has convened and a decision has been made concerning your request. It was clear that we will accept no lower then 1.2 Billion Credits payable to [RHA]RHT-Kebnekaise. In addition no weapons platforms will be permitted unless you request permission first. You speak fancy words but we survive based on actions and not empty words. Do something that would have you looked favorable by the Rote Hessen Armee.
In addition we will need full docking permission on your base and we will need to know its grid coordinate. You may send the location in a more secure transmission for secrecy.

I applaud you for such a fast reply. We find the amount rather high but, we will pay it after the base will actually be present in Zurich. You will gain full access to the base's docking modules, bar, and VIP rooms for your pilots. That being said we will present you with the location AFTER we get a confirmation from our scout teams. I don't think that the construction of any Weapon platforms will be necessary. In the meantime, we would like to prove our worth and perhaps start our path to a better relationship. Do you have any specific commodities in mind that should be delivered to any destination? As long as you don't question the origin, it should be fine. Let us prove ourselves.

Normally I would say to figure that out for yourself. However the powers that be seem to want you to deliver 8.000 Light Arms and 4.000 Black Market Munitions to Tholey Station in Cologne. Make haste would be an understatement. Proper manifest documentation should be present. Get to work.
