Good day -

As of several hours ago we received a transmission from a member of your organisation requesting to monitor unusual activity traversing through the Omicron Sigma sector. Kadesh Colony subsequently dispatched a covert recon unit to investigate, and later picked up one vessel on scanner ID'ed as Fortune's Favour. Flight trajectory mapping indicated the vessel entered from Omicron Mu, and headed directly to the Tohoku Jumphole.

Unfortunately our recon ship is limited on scanning abilities was not able to intercept close enough to scan or identify the hull. Our tactical analyst after reviewing the recon footage believes this to be either a bomber or freighter class vessel based on its shield emission pattern.

Greetings, Mr. Reed. I am agent Starfire, Commodore in the Order Overwatch. We haven't met until now, so it's a pleasure to meet old Order allies.

Fortune's Favour is an independent pirate that usually operates in Omicrons, mostly near Freeports. He flies his own "Waran" class bomber and most-known by his exclusively rude behavior towards Order operatives. We don't like random cads lurk within controlled space and tracking his movements was a great idea to prevent possible acts of piracy, intervention, or terrorism.

Watch your back with dealing with him and report us if you notice something unusual.
