NOTICE:

I am Albert Rafnklesson, the Generalmajor of the Red Hessian Army. It has come to my attention that attempts in the past were made to neutralize hostilities between the Federal Republic and the Red Hessians. Today, a large expedition force of multiple capital ships was spotted traversing Hessian territory. This is unacceptable.

The Capital ships were dispatched, if you wish to retain a neutral status. You will stay out of Hessian territory, this entails the deep Omegas. Any ship found violating this will be dispatched without due process.

Any attempt to interfere with the Red Hessians in their conquest against the tyrannical Imperialists will result in an end to the peace.

The choice is yours, this is non-negotiable.

Generalmajor,

The incident you refer to was part of an operation to rout a group of Imperialist aligned junkers. To that end, our operations in the sector have concluded, and there is no tactical need to deploy Buro forces to that area.

However. We have now encountered Red Hessian Army pilots on numerous occasions, and each time they engaged in hostilities against Buro forces. The latest of which RHA forces engaged a Buro reconnaissance mission returning from cataloging Imperialist defenses in Omega-7. Despite orders from Kapitän Trager to withdrawal and not provoke hostilities Hessian pilots engaged our forces. This brazen and unwarranted aggression cannot and will not be tolerated by the Oberkommando. The Buro has issued standing orders to not engage Hessian forces unless engaged, an order which has not appeared to been mirrored by your forces.

Do not play games with us Generalmajor. Get your house in order, or we will resume any hostilities that are necessary in our fight to expel the Imperialists. This is non-negotiable.
