First log in a few months, it's been fairly uneventful since Rheinland became whole again. I spent most of the time with the Helgoland moored with Schatten. I requested to be deployed in Cologne, or at the very least Munich. Unsurprisingly, the request has been denied because "the cruiser needs to be updated so that it meets proper standards". I ended up doing absolutely nothing but paperwork this whole time.
I could nearly say the wait for upgrades was worth it. The new weaponry is definitely something to behold. An improved Light Mortar and three "Orthrus" developed specifically for the Donau had been mounted. New armor plating, new engines...The Helgoland almost looks like a brand new Cruiser. But of course, there's a catch to it. Battlegroup Helgoland will be deployed in Munich for approximately one to two months, starting next week. I suppose break's over. Will be over, rather.
Fiona's had her vacation. Ben had his too. I suppose it's my turn to actually explore a little bit without the MND badge on my chest before deployment. That Edge Worlds Fighter has been idle long enough. I might target the Independent Worlds first and then Liberty...maybe. I wonder how does it look now.
Other than that, Lambda wing has left to do some recon in Kusari, Rheinland and Liberty. Note to self: stay away from them.
