Fleet Admiral Combes, Admiral of the Crayter Fleet and Chief Tactician for the Crayter Military. I hope the past months have been light on the IMG.

I'm sending this transmission to coordinate against the growing Outcast presence within the Taus. After the Republic received your alert relay from Falkland, which was appreciated despite the lack of formal response, we've begun to gather forces in Tau-44 to prepare a force to meet them, or in the unfortunate event hold ground against them. Despite the Military's force, the relay sent a month ago is about as much information as we have to go on regarding the Captana's movements, and with her presence somewhere in Tau-23, I'm asking the IMG to relay any tactical data, if any, about the ship's position or any strikes they've made against IMG positions within the system.

It should go without saying that having the IMG's support against this incursion would be beyond beneficial, and would remove a serious thorn in both of our sides. Further, I am still keen on defending the IMG position at Singapore, regardless of past issues. If the IMG could spare any defensive units from there, it would likely ease the burden of Sulawesi and the Hades in the event of invasion.

I look forward to your response, and I welcome your participation. We both know the Outcasts are not to be underestimated, as was seen with Helios. I'm aiming to not have that happen again.

Recently, i got passed down an order to intensify patrols in Tau-23 following the emergency transmission from Falkland, and we've found what we've been looking for.
Captana's lurking among the rocks in sector Charlie Three of Tau-23. It's general bearing suggests at least three possible directions, but i'd not expect the sniffers to have Confederal access codes or interest in fighting Enclave.
If i were you - i'd fortify Sulawesi as quickly as you can, since it's the first station in the way of that spook.
We'll start gathering our forces in Tau-44. See you on the battlefield.

It's good know the IMG will throw in what they can to assist. When your people are gathered, link up with the system guard at Sulawesi. For the sake of the system's defense we should move as one unit.
Depending on how talks go with other local forces, we may go on the offensive to counter this threat from the Captana, and thwart this whole threat of invasion outright.
Should these plans change and we opt for a pre-emptive strike, I will notify you.

Fleet Admiral,

On an emergency reconnaissance flight following a distress call from Sulawesi Citadel coming under attack from Captana, two major breaches have been picked up by Pennitry scanner array, and presence of Outcast forces have been confirmed in two locations: Captana at 4 Epsilon, Basilica in 5 Epsilon, and both battlegroups are currently laying siege to Borneo.

Despite significant breach of trust between our groups in the past - in that case it is a must to coodrinate our efforts to repel that invasion. Guild's paramilitary vanguard force is already deployed in direct vicinity of Minato.
