My apologies for the delay in response. The Oberkommando has been deliberating on potential locations for establishing an Auxesian outpost in the region of Rheinland - and we have determined several candidate sites which may be viable.

Given favorable Auxesian relations with certain elements in the vicinity, as well as the relative open availability of raw materials and supplies on the local grey and black markets, we believe that the system of Cologne is an excellent candidate for the establishment of a forward operational base.

Sigma 15 and Munich were also potential candidates, should you wish for a different site - however, my advisors have indicated that Cologne is likely the most politically and logistically convenient for all involved.

Naturally, with the war raging on as it is, our ability to exert any hard forces at the site of your choosing will be limited in both duration and magnitude by the availability of our ships and personnel. That being said, we will do our utmost to facilitate the establishment and maintenance of the new installation.

Let me know your choice, and an estimate of the dimensions and mass of equipment and personnel that needs moving, and I will allocate a portion of our logistical fleet accordingly.

Koeln, also known as Cologne, is the most captivating point of our interests. However, we must inquire if Planet Saarbrucken, a continent of the land, does not conflict with any future plans in regards to the Federals? I have been notified that my liaison officer, Kaptian Trager, has made contact with your initial survey team and escorted them to the candidate site in Cologne.

With regards to Saarbrucken - the Federal Government has more pressing priorities to address much closer to home. Realistically speaking, it will be unlikely that the Federal Government will have any large influence on that colonization project for the near to foreseeable future. While we are not opposed to your interest in establishing a planetside installation on Saarbrucken, approval for an Aux installation on Saarbrucken on our part will have to be taken with the caveat that we will likely not have any means to support your efforts beyond some limited logistical support.

Regarding logistical support, let Kapitan Trager know what you may need and he will make the necessary arrangements with what resources are available.
