Probably it has come to your attention that due to the cataclysm of unknown nature which we have faced, all our assets have jumped to Omicron Zeta. It's too early to presume what has been the case, but our scientists rely on some sort of Nomad weapon which we never faced before. I will deploy some squadrons from my Black Kite fleet to head to Zeta and begin routine patrols around the perimeter of Kadesh Orbital Colony. These are made up of fighters and some Gunboats, so as not to rile up the neighbours i will not commit to sending any capitol assets until such a time as i know they will be permitted by the other Omicron Powers.
It has become obvious to me that neither the Core nor the Order can be relied upon to protect our assets from the greater threat the Nomad's pose whilst they continue to war amongst themselves.
Rest assured we will do what we can to support Phoenix in its unfortunate circumstance.
Speaking of support, in regard to your building work it may be worth contacting OSI, they have the logistics needed to work on such a project and I'm sure they would find a way to help.

We’ve been attached to the planet Palmyra for a quite long period of time and as you must see our Defensive department doing the job well on defending our assets and Kadesh Orbital. Nevertheless, with recent changes which anomaly had been brought, we expect something worse from the Nomads, as they can surprise sometime, I should remind the fall of Toledo. Better to be prepared right now and gather allies, instead of facing the consequences and being absorbed by the monster. A few decades ago Freeport 11 was a last foothold of the Zoners in wild Omicrons, now Phoenix is a well established themselves in Zeta, alike our brothers and sisters in Nu establish an outpost. While Phoenix and Velvet pursue different goals, we should help each other in sake of our survivability against the Nomads, so I glad you came up with same approach.
As I recall, there weren’t any proclamations of any great power within Zeta, every side is being busy with extermination of each other, so your capital vessels shouldn’t surprise anyone. Furthermore, the Order as well provided a backup for us, so if your patrols would notice any overwhelming Nomads patrol you could send a signal to Cairo, they shall come.
At this moment we are prepare our trade convoys to be deployed for Kadesh construction needs. Will Velvet be able to deploy some transports for us? Also, I’m going to contact OSI on this matter too, although I unsure would able they to get this far to the Kadesh.
