Quote:1.2 - Flaming, insulting, trolling or harassing other players is not allowed. In-character swearing and insulting is allowed except when excessive.
Consequences:
Some of your recent posts have been deemed rather disruptive instead of constructive. While constructive criticism is welcome, your expressions in recent threads are nowhere near constructive, and thus not welcome. Consider this a warning to tone down and refrain from the personal attacks.
If you require evidence, you may request such via PM from a Staff member. Only the accused or an official faction leader of the accused person's faction may request such. Once you have the evidence, and if you wish to dispute it, you may post in the Sanction Thread below. Do not continue PM'ing a staff member, as that will result in your Appeal being denied. If you PM a staff or post in the sanction thread and you are not directly involved, you are consenting to be subjected to the reprisal of my choice which may involve in game repercussions up to a ban. Blaming members of your immediate family, neighbors, friends, pets, and assorted Orcs, Trolls and any other legendary creatures may result in the use of GM Right #CTE 750AE

Ah yes explaining how someone was being a bitter child from a clearly targeted harassing comment (which this developer misbehaviour isn't moderated yet LOL) which someone didn't understand and pointing out that someone was literally committing plagiarism is clearly disruptive.
The forum moderaters need to get off their high horses and stop being naive. There is no insult to the character. If you seriously consider pointing out laziness and uncreative flaws of copy+pasting someone else's work and passing it off as your own as harassment then you clearly have some issues.
If you ban me for this reply, you are literally proving my point about selective incompetence.
A warning is designed to try and encourage better behaviour within the community, there is nothing that requires us to put a time limit on it, however continued good behaviour and contributions to the community could see it revoked in future.

In other words, it is entirely arbitrary to add permanent strikes rather than no coherent structure or degrees, and then people will conveniently forget to remove it.
Great, good to know that the team has even less structure than before. Thank you for informing.
