Le Monarque hosts the Lausanne Complex security space. An identification request signal arrives on the captain's bridge. Emeline hits the answer button: "This is Coste. Requesting docking rights. I have an appointment with Lauren La'Row." No positive answer was received, but the station did not give a negative answer either. Emeline orders to approach the docking station. To her surprise, a green light was on near the docking area. "I haven't been here for a long time, and why isn't anyone answering?" Le Monarque approached the station and began docking. One of the closest officers asks Emeline: "Do you need an escort?"
"No, I'll go alone." - she said, shaking her head negatively.
Emeline went to the airlock, said with a little apprehension, "I won't lose anything." The airlock opened and she entered the station.
Right behind the entrance was standing one tall soldier, wearing white uniform with wide red strip, typical for Royal Navy. However he had a strange purple ornament on his shoulder, not really eye catching thing. He remained in one place until Emeline reached him, then he turned around and started walking into the corridor.
"Duchesse La'Row is not present at the moment, but we were ordered to bring you to the conference room. Follow me."
Emeline examined the soldier and noticed a strange purple ornament and decided to remember this moment. She was always taught to notice and remember strange details. There was a strange vibration in her pocket and she decided to look into it when the officer turned away. There were the same two ball-shaped elements that she showed Lauren once. They glowed differently than usual.
After a couple of moments, Emeline followed the officer swiftly and without fear. "There is nowhere to retreat, no matter how strange it all looks, I must find answers to questions." - she thought to herself.
After a few steps, she decided to ask the officer: "Where is everyone? A few months ago, many of our people worked here." Hoping to get an answer to this question, Emeline continued to follow the officer.
