Special equipement test single player mode

Is there a way to test the special equiment on single player?! the ones that is on sale on special equipment cealership on Connecticut.

Try Red Station, which is an admin station. Also, there's ways to use FLHook admin commands to give yourself stuff in your own multiplayer server, but I don't remember those.
