Parts of the base model for Boulogne prevent you from being able to dock. The scaffolding sticks into the docking bay, and there's a piece of the debris field in there too.

There also seems a thing with this base and Limoux base that you get stuck in docking animation
and then relox INSIDE the base when you F1
