of the [OPG] and other corsair ships, hereby we open again this diplomatic channel
Subject: 1) Behaviour of some legate Commanders.
within a week time we had 2 mayor collisions with the commanders of the Santa.Nina
and the Santa.Negra both flying under the flag of the [OPG-WS],
The Captain of the [OPG-WS]Santa.Negra has opened fire within our NFZ of Freeport 1,
we have evidence of that, the Captain of the [OPG-WS]Santa.Nina has threatened with
shooting down every 'guest' of Freeport 1, both thing happened near freeport 1
and both within the 6k range of the NFZ.
The Commander of the [OPG-WS]Santa.Negra has been temporarly banned form FP1 for an week
from 5th of april 817 till 12th of april 817. unless the ZC decides otherwise.
if this happens again we are going to make you pay for your actions, not with violance but with credits,
an fine will be given of 5 Million credits for each incident.

The matter has been taken into hand by Asno Muleo. The offending captain has been dealt a hard a deliberate reminder of the need to preserve the relationship between Zoners and Corsairs. I will not however accept any fines on the corsair nation and in this i am speaking on behalf of the OPG. Other corsairs may wish to accept your fines. Should you begin to exact fines of any kind from OPG then I can assure you a hard hitting campaign of piracy on ALL zoner tagged transports will begin throughout our zone of influence. Please do not presume to make threats of financial retribution or as you can see I will be forced to make threats of my own. OPG does not accept liability as a whole for induividual OCmmanders actions. We do however intend to treat fairly and will treat your 'request' to end this matter with the commander in question with expediency and with the discipline we are used to administering to those who threaten our relationships.
I now consider this matter closed. If for some reason you feel there is more to discuss then I suggest you contact me in a private mail and cease this public interrogation where I feel obliged to offer equal or greater threats than those delivered to me.
