I found Nexuiz the other day, and I must say, it's awesome.

Open source, baby! Based off of Quake, reminiscent of UT2k4, it's awesome.

Gimme a Hagar any day.

Oh, and rocketjumping works. As in, flings you across the map and you don't die!

all in all the conclusion is that disco doesn't need antagonist factions, it doesn't need phantoms, it doesn't need nomads, it doesn't need coalition and it doesn't need many other things, no AIs, the game is hijacked by morons to confuse the game with their dickwaving generic competition games mixed up with troll-of-the-day.

Looks and sounds like UT2004, open sources will obviously be great for modders, good for MP, but for it to be the future of FPS's, the SP has to be good.

One of those screenshots looks like a multiplayer map from HL2...
