- remove that "antene?"
- completly rework cockpit
- while front isnt that bad, back looks like "hurry hurry its not complete yet but I want post it" ... this need rework too
- it is extremly lowpoly
This is a shot of the Hammerhead from Cowboy bebop the model was designed after.
This one is what i based most of the model on cause it was the only one with a good angle and such.
And this is a take on it... with LEGOS! :P
If anyone has any pointers on where i could go to learn a bit more about textures and how to get them to work and be proportioned properly... id love you long time.
I'm not sure what program you are using. On metasequoia, though, click on the control pannel for "UV" (dont ask me what it means, I have no idea), then on the UV Pannel click "Atlas", you will see a map of all the polygons of your ship displayed, when you have arranged them in the fashion you want, click export, it will export into a picture. from there on, you can edit this picture with whatever graphic software you are using. All you need next is to assign your ship' material to the exported image you (hopefully) modified into ship hulling.
I dont really have any tutorial, because I learnt all by myself... and when you use metasequoia... you realize all the tutorial are in Japanese lol
