It has been a spell since the Guild has been able to make contact, what-with increased problems and disruptions to our local operations. I am Bjorn Alexander, Interim Trade Coordinator and spokesperson for the Guildmasters and I come before you to redress our historic economic and geo-political relationship in the Omega Worlds.
Bretonia and her leeching corporate parasites continue to drive deeper in to the edge worlds, exhausting what little economic opportunities remained in the upper and mid Omega systems and thus has pushed our operations further into the Edge systems.
The Guild wishes to strengthen our economic connections with your people, in hopes to be strong together. We possess excellent capabilities in resource extraction, significant logistical fleet assets and a noteworthy paramilitary force of varying sized vessels.
Our focused request to submit directly to your office today is in regards to one of our modular facilities, Falster Station. Initially the station was built to be the center of our cobalt operations in Omega 3, but with the extraction there all but exhausted, we're hoping to pivot its mission to newly discovered- and still vast, pockets of beryllium in the deep edge system of Omega 48. To maintain a high level of security, and mutual economic benefit, we wish to tow Falster into high orbit of your colony world Planet Tangier. There, the Guild will be well positioned to supply your planetside mining operations with needed machinery, expertise and supply connections you may not have access to as of yet, as well as gaining direct access to our raw Beryllium stores as they come in, of which, I'm sure there is opportunity for a significant deal.
We thank you for your time and consideration, and look forward to additional discussion upon your reply.

"Greetings, Comrade Bjorn.
The Coalition government weighed a possible benefit from our cooperation.
We decided that we will accept your proposition. Coalition people are always ready to help victims of the Bretonians barbarian politic.
If your people accept risks of corsairs aggression we see no other reasons to deny your proposal, about moving base to Tangier orbit. But maybe the area near Madeira Base will be better because it is safe and reduce possible danger.
We will allow you to decide which place will be better for your people.
The Coalition government will wait for your response with your decision and possible questions."
