Hm... of the ships I own, my favorite is either my firefly or order carrier. I'll have a bhg gunship soon though, and I really like the looks of that thing.

I also very much like the new decurion corsair LF, it looks much sleeker and more deadly than the other corsair fighters.

The brigand and unione corse ships, primarily the heavy fighters and gunboat, all look awesome IMO, I love the WW2 fighter/bomber design they use. The blood dragon and kusari bombers also have that WW2 look to them, so both of them fall into the awesome club as well.
