Sender:Elliott Reyes Recipient:Rheinland Shipping Representatives Subject:Supply Contract Greetings and Salutations,
Elliot Reyes here, Administrator of Makassar Station in the Deep Tau's. Our facility is the premier Niobium operation in Tau 23, and serves also as an ore exchange point for local and foreign freight teams. Our mission is to serve as a regional hub of commercial vitality in the oft-exploited Tau sector.
We're in need of additional suppliers as the Orkney destabilization recently has left us bereft of some of our Gallic partners. A recent visitor to our station notified us that your company was actively seeking new business partners and customers and you even operated teams in our neck of the woods.
If this is true, please, let us open a dialogue on the shipment needs of Makassar and come to some aggreable terms.
Word of Rheinland Shipping has already reached Taus? Mr. von Bismarck will be most pleased. Yes, we are always in search of new business partners and work, even if the work extends our lines into the Taus.
Rheinland Shipping is a new organization which seeks to promote Rheinland economic welfare through both imports, exports, and contracts both internal and external. We have also foreign partners to obtain materials as well. If you please, outline materials required, we will provide estimates for fees.
We thank you for considering Rheinland Shipping in your transportation needs. We are eager to hear from you again.

I hope that either all of us or none of us are judged by the actions of our weakest moments. But rather, by the strength we show when, and if, we're ever given a second chance.
Unfortunately, your contact was correct. Your facility is in disrepair and it appears for some time.
We have ships conducting emergency supply runs to your facility. Your port master is supplying credits to our corporate accounts each time they visit.
Although we are satisfied with the point of sale payment, we are keeping a couple ships in the Taus to support your facility. We come forward to you with a deal. The terms will fall into place once all maintenance on the station has been completed. The terms are as followed:
1. Rheinland Shipping will maintain a weekly supply of Food, Water, Oxygen for the crew.
2. Rheinland Shipping will maintain a minimum of 5,000 units of Reinforced Alloys, Robotic Hardware, and Hull Segments.
3. Your organization will pay Rheinland Shipping 5 million S.C. a week. Deposits are to be made to RS-Deposit. The day of the week is up to your discretion.
Once you state your agreement, consider your maintenance operations taken care of. We are eager to your reply.

Sender:Elliott Reyes Recipient:Rheinland Shipping Representatives Subject:Supply Contract Mr. Bauer,
Your people's work in efficiently supplying Makassar's needs is most appreaciated. We do have a history of making sure our dockmaster pays freight teams COD so I'm glad you appreciate this arrangement, makes for straightforward business I'd say. The fee you suggest is plenty generous and my administration is happy to pay, we will go ahead and pay through the end of the month for convenience sake (transcript attached) Please let us know if you have any issues whatsoever in accessing our facilities and we look forward to our prosperous relationship.
Payment has been received and the last shipments to repair your installation has been complete. As per our contract outline, we will continue to support your installation with the required sum. You may rest easy and continue with your business knowing that Rheinland Shipping will support your supply needs.
I speak on behalf of Mr. Walter von Bismarck that your people are considered to be our friends. Should terms need to be altered, you will have our undivided attention. Until then, good luck with your business ventures.
