The Union is well know in Gallia for being open to business in any matters, and I wanted to approach you with this, odd request.
From my prospective, I can see a few ways to ease this matter.
I'm prepared to pay you 100.000.000 Sirius Credits for those, freshly constructed, or we could bring you the necessary items for said construction and offer you 50.000.000 Sirius Credits for the trouble.
