As you may have already heard, I am leaving my post as Marechal of Orleans and Champagne. I am retiring, most likely to build or buy back a vineyard on a planet, or build my own somewhere in a quiet region of space, who knows. Before I leave, I'd like to meet you face to face and discuss a few important things regarding Gallia's future, its security and some of the projects that will pass to you as the most potential challenger to my post.
Let's agree on a time and place to meet so that we're both not too distracted from our business, shall we?

Maréchal,
Apologies for the late response, evacuation efforts of Brittany took priority. I suspected you might step down in the foreseeable future, just not this quickly. I'm currently wrapping up the efforts related to Brittany, after which I'll redeploy to wherever I'll be needed most. For the next few days however, you can still visit me in my temporary office onboard Nimes.
My name is Julia Berne and I am the assistant of monsieur de Lusignan, as well as the curator of Gallic Navy Intelligence Cell - 31, known as the "Hiboux du Vide".
Maréchal is currently unable to meet with you, so, appoint a place and time for the meeting - and I will arrive to you soon with everything you need.

Madame Berne,
So Marechal first asks to meet, then sends his assistant? One would assume he's got more time now that he's stepping down.
In any case, you can come by my office on New Paris, I'll be available either tomorrow or the day after, also excuse the extra security, we're in the middle of integrating some of former Liberty Insurgency refugees into our Military, but I'm sure that's not much of a problem, oui?
