Good day.
In accordance to §8, Treaty of Harris, our nations formed a defensive pact against Gallia. However, the treaty never intended to have our nations share intelligence on Gallic matters. We are unaware if - and if yes, in which extent - the Bretonian intelligence service knows or is involved in the recent occurrences within the Orkney system.
Interpret it as a show of goodwill or whatever else but the intelligence branch of the Naval Forces wishes to propose a mutual exchange of gathered intelligence on the destruction of Gallic infrastructure, especially Issoudun Shipyard. Currently available data cannot exclude a potential Nomad or Order involvement, perhaps both, in the region. Over sheer economic and peacekeeping interests, we deem it appropriate to commit to a thorough exchange of data.
