Humility/Disappointment. The corruption is palpable - we who lurk in the shadows can see it. They cannot. Their fall is imminent; their schemes, the jealousy, the rage - They are almost human. Such heresy, it cannot be forgotten nor forgiven. Sadness/Distress. The Elders are silent, however. Why? Did we upset them, did they turn away from us? Questions over questions, no answers in the shadows.
