Konnichiwa to the Kusari Naval Command,

I am Inspector Fukushima Ayado of the Kusari State Police.

During a Patrol with another officer from the State Police, we have come across an unregistered installation within the Kyushu System which is situated close to Tsushima near the trade lanes.

On entering the installation, which we were allowed to it seems very suspicious and has no affiliation registered. This is quite alarming as it could be enemy individuals who could own this base.
I would suggest that we cooperate in some way and keep this installation under observation, while the owners are contacted.

Several of our vessels are now posted in Kyushu for the purpose of finding out if we can make contact with the owners, and I am also sure you will send out some units to investigate it yourselves.

The base is called Mirai Enterprises and evidence is supplied in the file below.

Konnichiwa once again Kusari Naval Command,

Under further investigation of the Installation it seems there is now an active shield generator on board and it looks as if there may be some other alterations to the Installation going on, which maybe creating larger storage units.

I managed to speak to a skeleton crew aboard the Installation who are working there, but they say they know nothing and are just payed to do their job.

Further monitoring will carry on as planned.
