Frau Grand Amiral,
I am happy to report that my request on your behalf to the Ministries of Foreign Affairs and Economic Development has been approved. The vessels bearing the correct licensing and identification may now be permitted to enter Rheinland space. Up to two gunboat and up to four fighter escorts are permitted to accompany any such vessels.

Additionally, I would like to keep this channel open with the registries of the individual vessels on both sides which have been cleared for economic activities.
