I would like to express my interest in transferring the LNS-Akhetaten along with the personnel assigned to her to the Forty-Sixth Fleet. After a number of in-depth discussions with the ship's higher ranking officers and a considerable amount of thought, the conclusion was reached that the above action is the most benefitable for the future of the Akhetaten and the officers assigned to her. Of course, I cannot speak for every officer on board the Akhetaten at the moment and for that reason every crewmate will be offered the option of moving with the Akhetaten to the Forty-Sixth Fleet or remaining within the ranks of the Fifth Fleet. I trust that some of the perhaps newer officers on board would prefer to remain, and I thus decided it would only be right if that option was provided to them.
The reasoning behind the above claims is the Forty-Sixth's most recent attempts - likely successful ones - of converting an older Interdictor-class to a sistership of the Akhetaten, the Anchorage. Project Anchorage has so far shown great success and the cooperation between our crews' engineers and various other officers with the Forty Sixth's has seemed rather accomplishing. I theorize that myself and the crew will be of much help to the Forty-Sixth Fleet's most recent project and that our transference to their ranks will not only benefit both the Fleet and the Akhetaten but will also be a major step for the Libertonian armed forces towards both deeper understanding of the Osiris-class' efficiencies - and inefficiencies -, and better integration of the ship class within our ranks.

After careful consideration within High Command, we see fit to approve the transfer of the Akhetaten and any crew members who wish to move to the Forty Sixth fleet, effective immediately. The Fifth Fleet thanks you and your crew for your invaluable service during your time within our ranks and for what we know you will continue to achieve under the Forty Sixth banner.
I thank you for your kindest words and for Command's swift response. I will handle the bureaucratic work from this point forward, starting by contacting the Forty-Sixth Fleet for the transference.
Naturally, Rear Admiral, the Akhetaten and her crew will remain "part" of the Fifth Fleet until the procedure is finalized, hopefully not for too long more, I trust that Command has no issues with this.
