And to whom this communication will concern,
I am Leon Dante, and I am CEO of the Zoners of Galileo and we have two Freeports within the Galileo system.
Now my communication today is with regards to travelling through Corsair, or potentially Deterrance territory. Now as you can imagine, we are not a violent or a military operation, and I will explain exactly what we do.
I have established these two facilities in Galileo for some time now and we had to close both facilities for a number of months due to a critical hull accident on the main Freeport, which consequently damaged the Extension facility aswell. We manufacture equipment like Survey Modules and lots of other things, to sell onto our customers. We also need access to the Omicrons for research purposes, and when we travel there we normally use a Nephilim Colony vessel.
This vessel has armaments aboard for its own protection, most likely protecting itself from such enemies as those filthy Nomads. In no way will this vessel attack anyone during its operations, of course unless it is attacked first. The vessel has also on board two Corvo class research vessels which also will be armed but only for their own protection. We intend to expand our research to the Omicrons and try to study the Nomads more and find out exactly how they live and how they are brought into this world. That will be a hard task but there are facilities that we know of that are abandoned by them in other areas ready for us to research aswell.
So basically I am trying to find out if there is some sort of protection payment that we would need to pay for safe passage within your areas, and may I also point out that our Whale transport ships will be operating there soon.
If you require any sort of delegation from our organisation to meet with you, we would be honoured to do so. That is if required, if that is not needed I would like some clarification of what we would need to pay or do next.
It is a very good move to contact us with your intentions: a lack of transparency results in harsh actions, even to the Zoners.
Zoners, in general, due to their neutral stance, enjoy a certain degree of freedom within the omicrons, but that alone does not shields all of them from the demands of the Imperio.
Given that the state of affairs in the Omicrons is very delicate, and with my job requiring me to safeguard the Imperio's best interests, we can work on a deal that will leave both of us satisfied. Here is our proposal:
The Zoners of Galileo will cede a standard monthly payment of one hundred millioncreditos (100.000.000) for:
Safe passage of transports within our zone of influence
Safe passage of empty transports and transports not bound to a Corsair installation within Corsair core space (Xi, Gamma), exempt from corsair law.
Safe passage of combat ships lighter than gunboat class within Omicron Xi and Omicron Gamma
Further access to our artifact markets
I believe such price is very low for these generous benefits. I suggest you, señor Dante, to consider this carefully. This deal won't be open for long.

I have looked over your proposal, and find it to my liking on the front of letting us wander freely within Xi and Gamma without being harmed, but I will also point out an oversight, I think. We mentioned our Colony vessels who will need to do the said same thing as the transports and lighter escorts.
Also we will not need access to your artifact markets at this stage, but our stance on that might change in the future.
Please could you forward a place to deposit the credits you require and we will forward you it as soon as possible from one of our many payment methods, and it will be forwarded through the same account each month.

I can include the possibility of Zoners of Galileo warship transit in our space. Given that you are a Zoner, we choose to allow the passage of your warships within core space, Gamma and Xi, under a simple condition: Warships must offload supplies at our stations, in Gamma or Xi, depending on what system they are currently transiting in.
We accept food, water, hull panels, and anything that can help maintain our stations. Such stations are:
Deterrence Sanctum, in Omicron Gamma, at a stationary orbit around Crete.
Ravenna Invicta, in Omicron Xi, orbiting the moon Naxos of Mykonos.
And finally, for the safety of both interests, all Zoner warships larger than a gunboat must be properly escorted by Deterrence (DTR-) craft while in Corsair core space.
In conclusion, here is a review of our agreement:
Safe passage of transports within our zone of influence
Safe passage of empty transports and transports not bound to a Corsair installation within Corsair core space (Xi, Gamma), exempt from corsair law.
Safe passage of DTR-escorted Zoners of Galileo capital ships within Omicron Xi and Omicron Gamma, under the condition that these capital ships must offload supplies to our stations during their transit.
Further access to our artifact markets
Confirm our agreement by sending the funds to our neuralnet bank account "Fab-Bank1".
Given that we are at the end of the month, the privilege will fall over to the next month, with the days until next month being a courtesy.
