Decrypting.... Recipient:'Liberty Security Force Command' Sender:Kusari Naval Intelligence Date:26.05.830 Subject:Ms. Hayes' Broadcast Priority:High
To the attention of the Liberty Security Force.
Upon confirmation of "Captain Nicole Hayes" former rank and position as head of operations for an intelligence branch of the Liberty Navy, we will enforce a decree to seek and detain Miss Hayes should she attempt to hide within Kusari's sphere of space.
Whilst we do not doubt the Security Forces' capabilities to track down a wanted individual, we must assume that she long left Liberty prior to sending this broadcast and will attempt to find shelter prior to an official arrest warrant having been issued.
Despite the re-assurances of your TacOps Chief, a high profile individual such as Miss Hayes can pose a significant security threat not just to the Republic of Liberty domestically but beyond your borders. Some intelligence operations overstep certain bounds, some are crucial to maintain the fragile stability of the borderworlds and the commerce between the great houses. Revelations about such classified data towards the wrong individuals or groups can potentially put civilian and military personnel of the Republic and the other houses at great risk.
You may not welcome it but we already attempt to establish contact to this individual in hope to persuade her into formally seeking asylum within Kusari instead of pursuing "safe harbor" among illicit entities. Should she accept, we will extract her to Liberty instantenously.

Kusari Naval Intelligence;
Good day. I believe I have not had the pleasure of speaking to your agency in any capacity.
The paranoid agent in me says that this is just a ploy to have a little more free time upon the capture of Hayes to milk her for all of the information she is worth, but on the other hand, we've already begun to alter protocols across the board, both naval and intelligence, so even if my worst fears come to fruition, it'll be heavily mitigated.
However, I have been trying to not be so suspicious of our neighbors. Indeed, Kusari most of all. I recall having one brief spat about Kusari naval forces violating restricted space within Liberty a few years ago, but your House has otherwise been the most respectful over the last decade of my service, something I'd like to give a personal 'thank you' for.
If you do encounter and capture Hayes, you would have the gratitude of both my agency, and that of Liberty as a whole. Even if she cannot leak sensitive internal information, even a slight edge given towards the terrorists we have been mopping up the last couple of years could lead to disaster. If innocent people are endangered because of this rogue officer, I've failed in my duties.
I suspect by now she might be in the arms of interested parties in and around Liberty. Zoners on our borders, Xenos hidden away in asteroid fields, but they won't have the ability to hide her forever, not from our eyes and ears.
So, I do welcome the fact that you have contacted her. Who hasn't? I'm certain everyone is looking to take a ride on the new information whore of Sirius, looking to sell out her former comrades and their lives for some sort of instant, and brief gratification.
I appreciate any and all efforts you put forwards in her capture, and if you have any operations that require our support or cooperation, I'm certain we can figure something out.
I hope to hear from you again.
In service to the Republic.
