From: RPA Command, Chancellor Jac Yarwood To: Yūmō Ronin Relevant Official Subject: Dragons & Gold
Fine day to you, i hope, Dragons.
It's been a time, hasn't it, friends? At least, i'd hope friends. Things have been quiet, the movement fighting, a tad directionless though. Hopefully thats over now.
Allow me to introduce myself, pleasantries and such.
Jac Yarwood. Chancellor of the Republican Provisional Assembly & Captain of the Hegemon Dolaucothi, of the Mollys movement out of Dublin and Poole.
Now, once the Dragons and Mollys were fine trading partners, friends even, and i'm hoping with the formation of ourselves, and a few accounts of yourselves as a good foundation of a group, more spirited than some of your Kin, aye? Well, i'm hoping that can still be the case, a couple of my pilots - reliable men that they are - plus one of the movement unrelated to ourselves, banked up a wing of transports and took some of that Dublin sparkle up to some of your kin. Hope Gold still buys as well up in Kusari as it used to!
Anyway, i'm doddering around the point here - Miner and a Manager, not a military man, you see. - that being that i'd like to get relations back going again, just like older times, and if its not too much a theft of your time, which i'm sure is quite booked already, i wouldn't mind a quick update on how your relations with the rest of the local Kusari groups are, don't want to be stepping on any toes.
We've had a bit of a chat with the GMG out Sigma way, and hear-tell is that theres some Corporate types prodding the Tau's, and even a new band of the Hogosha kicking up! Exciting times, eh?
Alright, i'll stop my waffle and let you get back to work now. Fly safe up there, Dragons!
Upon receiving the transmission, I verified if Yūmō Ronin had registered any form of interaction with Mollys, only to come up empty-handed, which wasn't surprising. I'm intrigued by the procedures you utilized to seemingly uncover our identity, as it appears like you've come across some of the methods we practice. I hold doubts concerning the swiftly spreading gossip with reference to our division, particularly when it comes to groups like Mollys, whom I don't think would willingly perceive our implications or showcase any interest in collaboration. You don't stand out as someone quite aware of our activities, let alone our needs. We are quite separated, in a manner of speaking.
I find your claims about an alleged form of friendship less compelling now. In addition, I'm uncertain if we would grant someone like you the privilege of freely accessing our outposts. I'm at a loss regarding the past you're referring to, mostly because I can't make sense of it. Your track record has been lacking in providing reasons for us to place any faith in outsiders like you. Our purpose is not to forge fictional amity, but to counteract the elements that threaten the welfare of Kusari. If Mollys are aligned in our thinking with this ideology, we may find some common ground. On the contrary, from what I've learned about your movement, it appears that we don't have the kind of commonalities that would generate mutual trust.
Perhaps you hold information that could challenge this assumption.
