Mesdames, messieurs,
HRH Charlotte DeFrance extends her best wishes to the people of Dublin, and on behalf of the princess I contact you today following our organisations' recent impromptu meeting in the system of the same name.
You are invited to further discussion regarding information disseminated to Royal Naval Intelligence this past week, further to a related incident dated 20/08/746 wherein Royal Naval and Republican forces skirmished briefly within the Tau-31 system. Given the context of those events, we assume your group to already be aware of this same leaked information; if not, consider the data embedded in this transmission to be offered freely.
At this point, details of relevant Royal Naval operations are not to be made available on this frequency, but a reply in the spirit of co-operation and mutual benefit is anticipated.
The Crown is generous to her friends; she is less so to her enemies.
Cordialement,
Commandant-Adjutant BEAULIEU, Lilou
Gallic Royal Navy
Can't say its every day i get a letter that surprises me.
Suppose today is one of those days.
I'll admit, the whole affair over the dear wounded lord turned a touch frustrating. But i'm willing to ignore the odd scrap in no mans land under Business being Business if you are. We've all got our goals, and sometimes shoes get stepped on.
To the matter at hand, aye, we had heard tell of the dandy old prat coming back Bretonia way.
You've my attention. I'll make no pretenses that i'm looking for friendship, a number of my patrol lads are veterans of the likes of Cork and Leeds, so you can imagine why they get antsy when Royals show up in Dublin, but i expect neither of us care to bleed dragging eachother down while we have greater enemies to fight.
So aye. I might be open to a touch of conversation about matters, and perhaps even the occasional dabble in cooperation, depending on what's to be said.

Admiral O'Sullivan,
Your reply is graciously received, and its tone of openness and honesty is noted. As a gesture of goodwill, Royal Naval patrol craft have already been issued orders to avoid alteractions with Provisional Republican vessels, though you are cordially reminded that our pilots can and will respond to hostilities with all appropriate action; and furthermore, that operations in the Dublin system will continue as and when necessary. However, to the matter at hand:
A Royal Naval strike wing will be undertaking offensive action in the near Taus related to the Lowfer-Ferrers affair. The details of this operation are, again, a matter of internal security; however we anticipate the capture of both his person and his Clydesdale-class transport prior to his re-entry into Bretonian jurisdiction. Given the nature of the breach in Bretonian operational security, we can only speculate as to how complicated traffic along the route may become. Nevertheless, following the capture of this Bretonian lord, I have been directed to inform you that HRH DeFrance is amenable to negotiation with the Provisional Assembly regarding his immediate future, up to and including his release into your custody as part of a larger, more carefully negotiated arrangement. We understand the nature of your interest in this man -- and his ties to the Bretonian mining conglomerate, BMM -- to be deeply invested indeed.
Should your pilots be operating in the area, it's best you know in advance that Royal Naval elements will be informed to aim for co-operation in this matter, and will be directed to treat Provisional Republican ships as flashing a friendly IFF. Again, we anticipate a positive response to these gestures of good faith.
The princess has additionally asked me to inform you that she would like this to be the first building block set in stone towards a continued, fruitful relationship between our respective organisations, and sends her further regards to a certain pilot on your patrol wing.
Respectueusement,
Commandant-Adjutant BEAULIEU, Lilou

Chancellor took the initial message, and lucky you, he's a man of pragmatism forged from years of civil labour, so he's put the O-K on talking things further. Like he said, personal feelings aside, we've both got bigger enemies to fight.
You've got my attention. We had presumed a Royal wing would be making another effort at the Lord's return trip, but it's nice to know for sure.
Most of the Tau's are out of our reach, so we'll likely be holding any efforts to Bretonia - If the man makes it that far.
I'll be clear, my job is keeping the peace in Molly territory and pushing out the Bretonians, and is by that goal alone that i've done my best to reign in the aggression towards your Kin and let them be. And i can promise nothing in regards to our Kin that aren't part of the RPA. We're not the whole movement after all.
However, you present a fascinating suggestion, and one i'm inclined to agree to, if only because having our fighters stepping on each other while letting a target get away is a strike against both our causes, and frankly, makes us both look bloody stupid to the Bretonians.
I'll tell our strike wing to stay off any violence to your pilots, if it comes to it we can disable the transports together.
we should be bringing a team of marines to board the things if we can get ahold of them, and regardless of who gets the man initially, for the moment, i'd be willing to give time of day to further propositions of cooperation. If nothing else, our pilots can accept that we don't need to like each other to benefit from the odd bit of working together.
You're right. Getting ahold of this man would be a good victory for the Assembly. If that comes alongside some more concrete treatise between our two organisations... Well, that's for the Chancellor and his aides to decide on.
Fly safe out there. Last thing i need is the Bretonians getting big-headed over shooting down some Gauls.
