What happen with the BAR?

To game developer...
something happened...I was clicking person in the BAR area in barrier gate station in Coronado, then bought some bribes...(playing in Multiplayer...Discover server) then, suddenly i couldnt click anyone in the BAR, i changed my character adn tried...and the same happened...I couldnt click anyone in the BAR...How could this happened? Please help...Thanks

It's a server uptime issue.
