It is a pleasure to meet you.

You are certainly direct and to the point. While I expect that from my personal physician it's something new to see in a proposal for an initial meeting.

As it seems my schedule is free at that time and while 10pm is rather late I will arrange for your arrival. It will not be in meeting room one as this room is already reserved. Instead you can go straight to my office. You are expected and you can ask the docking master for directions.
