With the send-off of the Discovery to hunt down the traitor Knight and the mutinous crew of the Harmony, scouts confirmed the Discovery escaped the system, but within half an hour, 5th Fleet assets closed off the final escape, destroying the rear echelon forces near the Magellan jump hole. No further retreats are advisable. The Navy has cut off all access routes and the Ohio is bearing down on this installation. I've ordered demolition charges placed at all points of structural integrity and they will be detonated when our final defensive line falls. Marshall Stations final duty is to provide support fire in our final stand against the approaching Navy forces.

Recon reports the Ohio is preparing for it's final charge against us, and with 5th Fleet assets approaching from Magellan, this will be our final stand to wipe out as many as we can before they reach Veracruz. Following Code Utah, all remaining outposts have cut communications, and their status is unknown, likely destroyed by self-destruction. We are alone with nothing but what weapons we have left and an insurmountable enemy force. We have already showed the Navy the cost of invading our home, and we intend to make that cost higher, even as we face our now inevitable fate.

To all remaining Harmony forces, I have served with you since before Marshall was capable of serving as a shipyard, and I'll be damned if I'll ever let my home fall into the hands of the enemy, so let's give them hell one last time before we show them that even in death, they will never take our home from us.

I must say, I am pleasantly surprised. Let me be clear, the Legion considers dismantling the Commonwealth and betraying them when we helped the Separatists in Bering as our greatest error, folly of our egos. We destroyed what was built in the great nation. We should have let the traitor Knight and her Harmony and Separatists burn, and safeguarded the people we had back home, here, in Vespucci. The Insurgency was a mistake.

But, you are here, whereas Gladius has fled, my crew abandoned me and surrendered, most of the Separatists lead by Knight have long defected, again, becoming our enemies. For that I thank you.

The plan is as follows : the Legion is abandoning Marshall. Our last stand will be staged at Fort Leniex and the impassable terrain. That the 5th fleet might join the fight is excellent news - they weren't really part of the Delaware and Ohio's campaigns, they will not be aware of local terrain and our tactics, if they face us they will be a spot we can exploit.

Leniex can withstand a lot, we will make pay anyone who dares to face us, especially if they rotate in inexperienced fresh reserves. And making them pay is our goal. We have no warships left, if we choose to depart Leniex it will be relatively easy. Why do I mention that?

The Hellfire Legion will emerge from the failed Insurgency error like a phoenix. We have restored the Commonwealth in spirit, we have ideology to fight for, and hurting the Navy now will give us breathing room later. Given that Knight, Harmony and most of the Separatists have long betrayed you, and you are willing to still risk your lives alongside us let this be my invitation: The newly emerged Legion will welcome you to our ranks. To water the seed of the restored Commonwealth, to forget the stench of Knight and Harmony that led to our doom, to create just and corruption free Liberty.
