So after I reported that Niigata Star Yards are missing their commodity trader - I found another base with such an issue. I guess it happens for all bases with 2 docking points, on their secondary dock

Essentially, the base should not have a dealer and that is correct, but it was accidentally given a commodity it lacks the capacity to sell.
